Dave & Sue Aspenson:
 Ray and Bev built our home in 1997. We were very pleased with the building process and the final result. All our friends and associates are amazed at the upgrades which are standard in their basic specification package. We didn't find it necessary to be upgrading with "extras" all the time. This made the process less stressful. We always knew our builder was in control because either Ray or Bev was on the site almost daily. If we were to build again we would certainly choose the same builder. (Currently [ 2008 ] Giltner Homes, Inc. is working with the Aspenson's on a plan to expand the main level and complete the basement finish for the home built in 1997.)
